All programs get free court hire at Wicks Park, Marrivckville. Subject to availability
Class Sizes
4 to 6 are in each class on average, though for 5 to 7 years old’s, it is 2 to 3 in their half-hour sessions. The cost of both hour and half-hour classes is the same.
What to Wear?
Comfortable clothes and sporting shoes. Hats are recommended. Use your own racquet or use one of ours. Racquets are available to purchase.
Lesson Times/Holiday Periods
Trial Lessons and Group Programs can be started any week of the year.
Lessons are running all weeks of the year including Christmas and Easter. Fewer lessons will be run during holiday periods, although booking opportunities are available every week.
Green Cards
Juniors who attend may receive a green card for good behaviour, picking up balls, concentration, and improvement. These can be collected over time and rewards may be claimed. Hand in your cards in an envelope to the Head Coach with your name on the front and any instructions.
Booking Procedures
All students must complete the Enrolment Form to be able to book their classes.
All bookings are made via the website or app with just a few clicks.
Students must have an active membership and credit to book lessons.
Parents can register as 1 account, with multiple children in their profile. This makes it easy to book lessons and make payments.
Families with additional children can receive a 10% discount on 10-week programs.
Class bookings can be made 2 weeks ahead, and up to 6 hours prior to the lesson start time.
You will receive a prompt to book another class immediately after the current lesson.
You can only book 1 of the same of the same class type per day.
If a 2nd class of the same type is requested on the same day, that must be approved prior to booking.
Please book early to avoid disappointment as places are limited.
Mobile App
The Clubworx App makes bookings easy.
Upon submission and approval of the Enrolment Form, you will be sent an email invitation to set up your password and download the Clubworx Mobile App.
You can manage all aspects of your program including booking, rescheduling, and cancelling classes, program payments, and class waiting lists.
Waiting List Procedure
You can register on a waiting list for classes that are full.
If a place opens you will receive an email and SMS alerting you that you are registered to attend the class.
You can take your name off the waiting list via the mobile app.
Cancellation policies apply to successful waiting list bookings.
Cancellation policy
Please be deliberate about attending booked time slots.
You can cancel, reschedule, and change your bookings up to 24 hours prior to the lesson commencing free of charge via the Clubworx App.
1-Per-Week Programs – If a cancellation is not made 24 hours before the lesson start time, the lesson is counted towards the program.
Unlimited Lesson Programs – If a cancellation is not made 24 hours before the lesson start time, and the booked student is absent, there is a fee. This fee is $30 for adults’ 2-hr lessons or $15 for 1-hr and 30-minute lessons. This is to dissuade unattended bookings from taking the class space of other students.
Wet Weather Policy
Students will receive an SMS if a class is cancelled. Do not assume the class is cancelled without receiving the SMS.
Students of a wet weather class cancellation will receive a credit to book into another class within the current program length.
If there is no availability to book another class within the current program, class credit can be applied.
Payment/Refund Procedure
All payments for group tennis programs are to be made via Clubworx App/Ezidebit.
Membership pricing changes via 2 weeks’ notice.
Programs will automatically renew once the designated number of weeks has finished. 1 week before the end date students will be prompted to upgrade or change their program.
We do not refund programs, so choose carefully and conservatively.
Failed payments are rescheduled 2 days after the previous attempt.
We do not charge a booking fee, although payments made via Mastercard or Visa will incur a processing fee of 1.99%.
Pause Program Policy
Programs can be paused with 1 week’s written notice.
5-week Programs can be paused for a minimum of 2 weeks, and a maximum of 4 weeks.
10-week Programs can be paused for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks.
Program Cancellation/End of Membership
To cancel your tennis program, please email us at least 3 business days before the renewal date.
