Do you really enjoy a hit of tennis but don’t want the pressures or commitment of a serious comp? This is the perfect solution and a great way to practice and relax over the weekend. Intermediate to advanced players are welcome.
Remember, if you’re learning to play tennis or looking to advance your skill, then playing sets is an invaluable way to improve.
You can arrive and leave when it suits you – the name of the game is social, and we don’t just play tennis!
Players are grouped with other players of a similar standard.
Numbers are limited, so make sure you book ahead!
Doubles Social Tennis is run between 9am to 12pm on Saturdays and Sundays at the Wicks Park Tennis Centre.
Saturday Social standard – High-intermediate to advanced (Please confirm your standard if you haven’t played with us before, or are in doubt of ability)
Sunday Social standard – Intermediate to high-intermediate (Not appropriate for beginners)
Places are only reserved via the Timetable below. A waiting list is available if the Social is booked out. You will be notified if you can play.
For first-time users, you will need to register as a member. It’s free and will enable you to book directly with your email address, or via the mobile app. Once registered, you will be sent the mobile app invitation.
