Tennis Specific Fitness Training - Personal Training

Improve your whole game by training for the sport you play, whether for social play or/and upcoming tournament, this is for you.

Each session is tailored for the tennis athlete and modifiable for all levels of fitness and skill. We work on basic compound strength, high-intensity interval training, speed and agility drills, and functional tennis movements and footwork. This will improve your explosiveness, power, reaction time, coordination, and also decrease injury on the court.
